Developing Illinois' Next Generation of Leaders

As the pioneers in the Big Ten, Illinois joins North Carolina, Stanford, Pitt, and Yale in creating a comprehensive, ongoing leadership development program for their student-athletes and coaches through the Illinois Leadership Academy.

The Academy uses a two-tiered format targeting both emerging leaders and veteran leaders. The Illinois coaching staff is also involved in ongoing leadership development workshops.
