Poet Edward Everett Hale once wrote:

I am only one,

But still I am one.

I cannot do everything

But still I can do something;

And because I cannot do everything

I will not refuse to do the something that I can do.

As leaders, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the myriad of challenges that need to be overcome.

Rather than letting the culture, system, bureaucracy, and numerous challenges paralyze us and get us down, we need to put our focus on what we CAN do.
