Leadership Summit

Do you want to develop stronger student-athlete leaders who represent their teams, your athletic department, and school with class? Then host a Leadership Summit at your school. The Summit includes a dynamic 75 minute workshop for student-athlete leaders and a 75 minute workshop for coaches on how to best select, develop, and partner with their leaders. - Inspire and inform athletes and coaches about the importance of leadership

Leadership Retreat

Looking to build a strong group of leaders who will hold their teammates accountable, build a sense of team, and represent your program with class? Our intensive Leadership Retreat includes 4 to 6 hours of leadership training done in a fun and fast-paced environment. The Retreat makes a great early season option to provide your leaders with the knowledge and skills they'll need to step up and lead. You can also choose to add on a coaches' program as well.

Primary Goals:

- Teach leaders how to minimize and manage the inevitable conflict on their team

- Help leaders create a sense of unity and chemistry on their team

- Teach leaders Refocusing skills to help their teams in times of adversity

- Help leaders establish and enforce a culture of success on and off the field

Primary Audience: High School and/or College Athletes and Coaches

Time: 4 hour workshop for athletes (can be broken up over two days - or divided between 2 hours for emerging leaders and 2 hours for veteran leaders) and 2 hour program for coaches

Team Captain's Leadership Camp

Host one of our popular Team Captain's Leadership Camps at your school. The intensive half-day sports leadership camp provides the emerging and existing leaders of your surrounding area with the tools they need to step up and lead. Plus, we provide six months of following training through our TeamCaptainsNetwork.com The camp also includes a special workshop for coaches and ADs on how to best develop, select, and partner with your leaders. As a host, you can even earn up to $1200 for your program or have 10 of your students attend for free. The Camp is designed for the rising high school sophomore through college seniors at the school of your surrounding area.

Primary Audience: High School and/or College Athletes and Coaches

Time: 3 hour workshop for athletes and 3 hour program for coaches

Lead the Leaders Certification

Bring all the benefits of a Leadership Academy to your school by having one of your staff members become a certified Leadership Academy Leader. One of your staff members will spend an intensive three days being trained by Jeff Janssen in how to create, market, conduct, and evaluate your own Leadership Academy. You'll receive all the modules, handouts, powerpoints, evaluations, and support to conduct your own "in-house" Leadership Academy.
