YOUR INTEREST AND EXPERIENCE Why are you interested in hosting a Captain's Camp?
How specifically would you promote the Captain's Camp to your area?
Please list your previous experience of hosting events and programs at your school and/or elsewhere. Include the name of the event(s), how you promoted it, the numbers of people who attended, and the fee they paid or the money that was raised.
Please attach or have two colleagues email us a brief endorsement letter attesting to your ability to successfully organize and promote an event.
Please describe where you would plan to host the Captain's Camp. (If possible, please email us low resolution pictures of the venue that could comfortably support up to 100 participants - and the open area for activities.)
Please list some potential dates in June, July, or August that you think might work best to conduct the camp. Keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays will likely work best for most people's schedules.
