The new Captain's Camp begins with a concentrated, half-day Sports Leadership Camp for high school and college student-athletes. This dynamic, 3-hour interactive and intensive program provides emerging and existing student-athlete leaders with the leadership tools and insights they need to be responsible and respected leaders for their team and school. Sixty-three percent of coaches and athletic administrators feel their leaders are NOT prepared to lead effectively. Through this camp and ongoing leadership development program, we want to prepare, develop, inspire, and support leaders who will make a difference in sports, school, and life.

RECEIVE 3 HOURS OF INTENSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING PLUS 6 MONTHS OF ONLINE LEADERSHIP SUPPORT!

In addition to the half-day program of intensive leadership training, student-athletes will receive ongoing leadership development and support through our online TeamCaptainsNetwork.com and The Team Captain's Leadership Manual. Thus, the program is much more than a half-day camp. Student-athletes will be engaged in a 6-month, ongoing leadership development and support program that is kicked off with the 3-hour comprehensive Captain's Camp.

Coaches & Athletic Directors Workshop

By popular demand, we've added a special workshop for coaches and athletic directors on how you can develop more responsible and respected leaders in sports, school, and life.

This workshop shows you how to best develop, select, and partner with your emerging and existing leaders to create a strong leadership team.
Plus, you'll receive a copy of The Team Captain's Leadership Manual and a 6-month online subscription to the ChampionshipCoachesNetwork.com that includes inside tips and strategies from sport's most successful coaches.
